La Casa del Pozo Santo is a unique traditional 18th-century Sevillian building that has now been converted into Tourist Apartments. The structure is arranged around a central courtyard with marble columns and a wooden coffered ceiling, which have been preserved thanks to careful renovation work. There are ten beautiful, completely furnished apartments, with one or two bedrooms, for your holidays in Seville.

One-bedroom apartments
- Standard
- 2-4 persons, on the ground floor, the 1st and 2nd floors: 1 double room, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom.
- Superior
- 2-4 persons, 1st floor: 1 double room, spacious living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Two-bedroom apartments
- Standard
- 4 persons, 2nd floor: 2 double rooms, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom.
- Superior
- 4-6 persons, on the ground floor, the 1st and 2nd floors: 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with dining area and double sofa bed for extra guests. The ground floor apartment has a private courtyard.
Attic
2-4 persons, 2nd floor: 2 double rooms, two bathrooms, living room with kitchen and balcony. On the top floor there is roof garden with garden furniture and a splendid view.
Key consignment: we need advance notification of your arrival time. You should reconfirm your appointment time once you have arrived in Seville and we will wait for you at La Casa del Pozo Santo. During your stay you can contact us by phone or speak with us directly, between 9:30 am and 9:30 pm, in our Puerta Catedral apartments in calle Alemanes 15 (in front of the Cathedral).
Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. You may make prior arrangements to check in earlier, subject to the availability of the apartment, but in any case you may leave your luggage in the building. For arrivals after 8:00 pm, there is an extra charge for the transport service and key consignment.
Check-out: 12:00 noon.
