Reservations:
* In order to confirm your booking it is necessary to make the payment of 50% of the total rental by credit card or bank wire. The amount left will be paid at arrival by cash or credit card.
* By the time the keys are picked up at the apartment, 100 or 200 euros security deposit (depending on apartment) will be paid by credit card. This amount will be refund to your credit card after check out if there is no damages caused.
Check in - Check out procedure:
* Check-in time will be from 15:00h until 20:00h. (If before 15:00h check it with us).
* For check-in after 20:00h please contact us for special conditions.
* In any case it is necessary to arrange the meeting time with us in advance.
* The keys will be picked up at the apartments on arrival.
* It is necessary to call us as soon as you arrive in Seville on +34 629 511 211 to reconfirm our meeting time at the apartments.
Cancellation Policies:
* 30 days before check in: 70% refund of amount wired to our account.
* 30 to 15 days before check in: 30% refund of amount wired to our account.
* 15 days before check in: 0% refund of amount wired to our account.
